Why and how are all products branded?
As per current regulations, all products will have the following trademarks: 375‰ and the trademark (* 420VA).
Which ring size should I buy?
The open rings are one size only as they are adjustable. The other rings are made in size M (12-14 IT, 52-54 UK). Custom sizes can be requested.
Why is my stone different from the image on the site?
All the stones used are natural: they can have different shades and streaks.
What are the delivery times?
It takes from 3 to 7 working days from order confirmation.
Is the shipment insured?
Yes. The shipment is made with DHL. All deliveries are insured against theft and accidental damage. Once the goods have been received and confirmed, the insurance coverage lapses.

We will take care to securely pack each piece. In case of damage due to shipping, after receiving the return, we will send you a new one.
How will the hygienic safety standards of the products be guaranteed during preparation and delivery?
According to current health and hygiene regulations, our goldsmiths are all equipped with Green Pass and work exclusively with a mask and gloves.
